“Is it water resistant and scratch resistant? Will it still work if dropped?”

It is not water resistant, probably ok with a splash of water though. Mine has lots of scratches so i'm guessing negative on that one as well. As far as drop proof.. yes i've dropped and it didn't seem to affect it.
