“I know this charges the Samsung S9. What I want to know is: How does this 15 W compare with the charging ability of the S9? Very quickly or average? I have an old stand. It took 1 hour to increase battery charge by 50%. Thank you for your time”

I can only answer this way. I used it with a note 8. I had at home the old fast charge that came out with the note 8/ s8 and this at work. It did charge faster then the original charger by at at least 40%. So my hunch would be the same for the S9.
