“Hooked up refrigerator today. When I pull out freezer door, the top tray pulls out together with the 2nd tray. I have to push the top tray in so I can get to the bottom tray. Is this how it works? Do I have to adjust the tray? Why is the top tray frosted?”

Thanks so much for asking, Silvie! Yes, the top drawer in the freezer drawer will pull out with the freezer to allow for easy access to these items. ^Jecca
