“Transmitter on Connection Cord?? I read on another web site there is a transmitter on the cord you plug in from the tv to the wall outlet. Is this true? and if so, what is the purpose of the transmitter? Thanks~~”

• There is a small POWER TRANSFORMER in the power cord. The TV is powered by a lower voltage such as 12 volts DC from the power transformer.
