• Hi TJBatts! The HW-A430 does not require an internet connection to operate. You can connect the soundbar to the TV via Bluetooth or with the digital optical audio cable. ^Tim

• This doesn’t need an internet connection. Check if the TV has optical port to connect the optical cable bcoz this model has only optical connectivity.
