How do I open the remote null

It's really frustrating but u gotta push up toward the top from the bottom . I had a hard time doing it though. Crappy remote...really cheap

Hi Lee! To replace the batteries in the remote, push the rear cover open in the direction of the arrow at the bottom of the remote control. Grab the remote control with two hands, then, push it forward with your thumbs.
