“Should my soundbar HW-A430/ZA say shop6 when I try to go to SET ID mode? I'm trying to pair the compatible rear speakers SWA-9100S and I can't. I understand shop6 is a store demo mode. Both soundbar and speakers are new.”

Hi BIF! To remove your soundbar from shop mode, power off the soundbar, then press and hold volume up on the remote for approximately 5 seconds or until SHOP OFF shows on the display.
