“I cannot increase the volume of the subwoofer using the remote. Is anyone having issues with this?”

Hi Polk3897! The remote included with the HW-A430 features a woofer control toggle allowing you to quickly and easily adjust the performance of your subwoofer. Simply rock the woofer button forward or backwards to adjust the levels from -6 to +6. Pressing the woofer button in will set the bass to the default level (0).
