• Hi Bob, Yes you can switch between the Soundbar and TV for audio. The easiest way to do it is in the menu under the sound settings where you can change the output to either TV Sound or Soundbar. ^Jeremy

• Yes you can. I have a Samsung tv. With optical cable they paired up very quick and and easy.
