“Just purchased and installed ME 21M706BAG. Underneath LED lights will not work. We’ve changed LED lights. We can hear it click inside the unit, but no lights. Any ideas as to why they do not work? When light is requested, we hear it click, no lights.”

Mine worked fine. Sounds like an internal problem Most likely a faulty control board. I would contact bestbuy if it is a new unit
