“This unit constantly over heats and shuts off after 6 min of use. Also the fan doesn't turn on when it's running. When I push the vent button and run the microwave, it still overheats and shuts off. How do I fix this or is this unit junk?”

• There is a one year warranty on the unit. Call Samsung!

• I had a similar issue with the unit losing all power in the middle of longer cook cycles, then not coming back on for about 20 minutes.
