Update.... now I pressed Vent and it went to Boost, then High, then Med and now low.... it appears to be working fine now...

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It works fine for me as mentioned in the features. The issue with me is that I need to press hard to make it work and finger prints are all over the microwave which doesn’t clean up easily
