Just got this unit today how long does it take to get the ice maker to fill the bucket? null

make sure you push the test button on the ice maker to get it started it's kinda hard to see but it is on the front of ice maker behind the front cover

The ice maker can make 10 pounds of ice a day; it can only hold 2 pounds of ice at a time. Once the ice bucket is full, the ice maker will stop. The ice maker can approximately make two trays of ice every 3 hours.

It took mine 6 hours, but I read it could take up to 12. Don’t forget to discard the first few batches. It also said it takes about 90 minutes in between ice batches.
