“Is there supposed to be a removable type grid under the water dispenser, over the trough, for drips? Mine was delivered and installed without one and I can't recall if there was one in the store on the floor model. It just seems to be missing something there. The surface isn't level to rest a glass.”

• Hi Babs, Most Samsung Refrigerators have an indented area - or reservoir - in the tray under the dispenser for catching drips, but don't necessarily have an insert or cover. This space is not designed for a glass to rest securely; rather, the glass should be held in place to avoid spills. Water that does drip into the tray should evaporate, assisted by heaters under the tray. Thanks for choosing Samsung! Ms. Samsung
