Hi Beblit, We are glad to help answer your question about this Samsung refrigerator model. The Family Hub screen can't be turned off while the Family Hub is in operation. The Family Hub will have to be turned off completely. To turn the Family Hub off I have shared a Samsung video for the steps. Please watch the video from the start to 0:30 to turn off the Family Hub.
