- Answer The refrigerator gives you the option to stop making ice. Simply push the button where the other control options are available and it will stop dispensing ice.

QuestionThe fridge will fit where it will be placed but my issue is getting it into the kitchen. Both entries into the kitchen are just a hair under 30". Is the fridge truly 29.75 wide including hinges if they stick out?

QuestionI just purchased this Fridge and they say to leave the freezer 12 hours before it makes Ice. Its been 24 hours and Ice is not being made. Is there a reset or a safety I am missing

- Answer There is a button on the top left. Push it. If that doesn't fix it, then your water line isn't hooked up or knob isn't turned on.

QuestionWhat is exact height without hinges of 21.6 cu ft model RF220NCTASR ? I have seen two different dimensions shown in specs and in question and answers. One spec indicates 65 3/8 inches without hinges, and another 65 3/4 inches without hinges.

- Answer I have the Samsung Model RF220NCTASR french door, stainless, 21.6 cu ft refrigerator. It was just delivered and after measuring myself, I can say for a fact the exact height from floor to top of fridge (without hinges) is 65 3/8 inches, and no higher.
