A:AnswerThe water line is coiled up in the middle of the frig. Looks to be about 5' long, but I just used the fitting that came with it and added it to a new water line adding a bracket to the wall to keep it upright. It is an EZ hook up.
A:AnswerNo it is not. But before I open fridge, I wipe my hands. However, taking prints off is a breeze. Any lint-free soft cloth wet or dry will do the trick. I still love my fridge!
A:AnswerHi chep127! The ice-maker has a small bar that runs along the side of it that shuts off the ice-maker if the bucket reaches full capacity. For other causes of no ice production, check out this link (https://bit.ly/2OFma8T). ^Jecca
A:AnswerHello Dadeako, I want to help you get your refrigerator cooling again. If you would, go to this link (https://bit.ly/2RgvIsI) and follow the steps based on your specific symptoms. ^Jecca
A:AnswerGood question Didier! You would first need to determine what type of outlets and voltages are available in whatever country you intend to use the appliances. An adapter may be necessary for the units to be able to function. The other concern, with taking a US model to another country, is that the manufacturer's warranty is for service within the US. On the rare chance that you might need repairs, you would need to bring the appliance back to the US. ^Jecca
A:AnswerHi there.
This model doesn't come without an ice maker but, you can remove the ice bucket and turn off the ice maker for more space on the freezer. Also, you can look for the RT18M6213SG/AA it is the only Samsung refrigerator without ice maker.

A:Answerthe freezer has an ice maker but if you don't want to use it you can easily turn it off, there is a button inside the frig at the top of the door trim
A:AnswerHello Johnnie,
Make sure that the ice cube is correctly in place and that the ice is not accumulating in the front. Also, try to reset the ice maker system by following the steps on page 6 of this link: (https://bit.ly/2xEsHru).
If that doesn't work, feel free to contact us.

A:AnswerThe fridge will cool and the freezer will work without being connected to a water line. But will not make ice which is why the water line is needed, for the ice maker. Excellent product so far.

A:AnswerIf you check the specs of this fridge, the width of it with the doors open is 29.75". The handles may add an inch or two with that, but I believe it is designed to be the same width with the doors open or closed. This fridge has a depth of 36.25". If your walls are deeper than that, it would seem your fridge would be kind of buried into that space anyways. I believe you would be able to open both doors, but not much further than 90 degrees (perpendicular) to the fridge itself. Keep in mind I am only going by what you are describing. Good luck!
