A:AnswerIt seems it has a mechanical defect somewhere. Mine one of the doors is stopped by a side wall, but that doesn’t stop other door or fridge drawer. U may need to contact your warranty company.
A:AnswerThanks so much for asking, Gypsycat! The way that Samsung ice makers produce ice does not allow for changing the shape or size of individual ice cubes.
A:AnswerHi Linda! Samsung does not recommend removing the ice maker from models that come with an ice maker. We do however have many model that come without an ice maker. ^Jecca
A:AnswerHi, I'm not sure if they will remove the doors. I think the doors contain electrical connections and the manual shows how they can be removed. So, it is possible to remove them but they will need tools. Also, with this COVID-19 ridiculousness, they probably won't. If you're a bit handy, you shouldn't have too much trouble removing the doors. Just take your time and document (cell phone pictures) how things are taken apart so you know how to put it back together.

A:AnswerHi there Schornbush! The compressor will continue running until the refrigerator reaches the set temperature. If it is not shutting off, then something is preventing the refrigerator from maintaining the right temperature. Check out this link (https://bit.ly/2RgvIsI) on cooling issues to help determine the cause. ^Jecca
