Hello Johnnie, Make sure that the ice cube is correctly in place and that the ice is not accumulating in the front. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.At the far left of the control panel, click "ice" to turn off the ice-making. I have this fridge in a vacation house, and do this when we leave to go home. Turn it back on when you want ice-making to resume.
