“Are the French Doors on this unit suppose to be self closing?”

Jeflor, this model comes with Cooltight Doors which are refrigerator door that self-closes with a tight seal to conserve energy and to prevent spoilage. ^Heath

One of my doors close automatically but the other stays slightly open. The manual mentions how to balance out the doors to get them to close but I haven’t made the adjustments yet.
