You have to turn on the ice maker from the middle drawer as well as the the auto fill for the water pitcher.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Sounds like you need to reset the ice maker. Pull the tray out and there should be a small black button on the right hand side of the ice maker. Press and hold for several seconds. Check YouTube for exact videos.
