“We never use the crushed ice option however, most of the time the cubed ice does not come out even 50% cubed. I get maybe a 50/50 mix of cubed ice and crushed ice. Is there a way to fix this or do I just have to live with it? Fridge is brand new.”

Honestly I get crushed ice and cube ice, sometimes the cubes might not be full but base on your concerns I don't have the same issue. Overall its a wonderful refrigerator.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I generally don’t use the crises out because it tends to splatter everywhere, I would recommend calling the tech out to have them fix it, due you have the total tech plan it’s the best !
