“I just received my side by side refrigerator and noticed the water/ice dispenser does not have a drip tray. I was told it doesn't come with one. Is this true? Can I buy one separately so water doesn't fall onto the floor?”

I have not seen a reason to need one. In event you get some water, wipe it out.
