Hi The Taz Man, Based on the measurement standards that were used until September 2014, the capacity of the RF263BEAESR was, in fact, 25.6 cu ft. As of last September, Energy Star's measurement standards were changed, resulting in the 24.6 cu ft capacity. The new standard affected many models, and in some cases the information may not have been updated. Thank you for bringing this instance to our attention. - Ms. Samsung
