It is probably mold. I know to clean under the deli drawer you need to disassemble the interior shelves including the crisper drawers and the cover for the deli drawer before you can remove the tray. Be careful as these parts feel as they can snap when removing and Samsung will void your entire warranty and say it is physical damage
