Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.This issue is related to freezing in the drawer. The same thing happened to us. Waaaaaaaaaaaay in the back you will likely notice the drain has filled with ice. Let it thaw and raise the temp a bit for the drawer. It has not happened to us again...only once.
