“Concerning my ice maker. It does not dispense ice, crushed or cubed and makes a loud noise. I suspect it is frozen and have tried using the instructions to open or take the cover off but cannot.”

I experienced the exact same problem, within 30 day of taking delivery on the refrigerator. Since Samsung online chat was pretty cumbersome and ultimately could not help (I couldn't remove the ice bin, either)...I called the Samsung Help Line and the service lady quickly ordered a repairman (apparently, we're not alone). He's coming this afternoon and I hope will remedy the problem.
