• Not sure specifically but mine had to be serviced right after installation. If you’re still in the first year warranty call Samsung. They Will walk you through troubleshooting. They authorized a repair tech to come out and replaced my soap dispenser and the auto release. Works like it should now. It was pretty painless and a good experience tbh.

• Get a refund. Too many of these dishwashers break and to get it repaired is horrible!!!! GET A REFUND!!!!!
