• I think it's faulty wiring or hook up. It's not something that draws a lot of power. Maybe water or moisture is coming in to contact with connections used during install

• I have had nothing but problems with my Samsung Bespoke dishwasher from leaks to a cracked frame and broke spot welds. Very poor quality low grade components.
