• I would contact Samsung. I do not have this problem. sounds like there is something wrong.

• I would recommend using Jet-Dry rinse aid along with dishwasher detergent.

• I think that using the "sanitize" cycle helps with that as well as using "jetDry".

• I am using the rinse aid and used heavy wash setting and got better results,.

• Hi Dodo, I'm sorry to hear your glasses aren't coming clean. There are a number of factors that can effect the ability of glasses or dishes to come clean, including whether your supplied water is "hard" or "soft", water temperature, pressure, use of rinse aid, type of detergent, etc. Please refer to the Troubleshooting section of the User Manual to help determine the possible causes and for suggestions to improve cleaning performance.
