• they have a phone number (800) 726-7864, but good luck, they aren't responsive and you can't get support. It is obvious they are just reading off a canned list of replies and can't schedule a repair person.

• http://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/request They are pretty good on the phone and have really tried hard to service a poorly designed and unreliable dishwasher. I cannot complain about the service, but when it fails this often, no amount of pleasant phone manners can remedy the issue.

• 1-800-samsung Good luck with it. I called a month ago and my dishwasher is still not working. It's going to be a frustrating experience.

• For major appliances covered under factory warranty only, you have the option of requesting support through the manufacturer itself, by calling 1-888-BEST-BUY (1-888-237-8289), or by contacting another factory-authorized service provider in your area. These same options also apply to products outside of their respective factory warranty periods. If you elected to purchase a Geek Squad Protection plan for your appliance, then you can call 1-888-BEST-BUY to schedule an in-home service appointment at any time.

• 1-800-Samsung. Samsung customer service is not good nor is their executive customer relations (the escalation line). They can only do two things: (1) request a service center to schedule a repair (they can't even expedited a request) or (2) request a product exchange. That is it--nothing else. If you want them to do more they can't and won't--it's not policy.
