QuestionDoes it matter what side of the dishwasher the sink and connectors are? It looks like, from the pictures, the opening for the water connectors are on the left whereas my sink and connectors are on the right.

- Answer I don't know if it's ADA compliant, but the controls are easily accessible and I believe it could be easily operated by someone in a wheelchair or with other mobility issues.

QuestionI purchased this dishwasher in September of 2020. For the past several months I've been having an issue with what appears to be the either the Thermostat or the heating element. My water heater was just replaced about 3 months ago so it's not that.

QuestionHow far out is the dishwasher supposed to be out from underneath the countertop. Is the countertop supposed to hide the controls? Or does the top control panel come out like an inch or so

QuestionThe plastic door on the inside of the dishwasher where you insert the solution for the "rinse" cycle, popped off and melted on the bottom of the dishwasher. How can I get a replacement piece for it? The dishwasher was purchased September 2020.

QuestionSamsung 24 Top Control Built SKU:6336699. this item is the worst dishwasher EVER! It does NOT clean, DRY, now it has a bad smell. PLEASE replace it. ASAP. had to pay extra 200 for professionals to reconnect. thought the NOT drying was from my connection.
