Hey Sandy! On the control panel of this model, there is a cup icon with the words "ice off" inside that will light up when the ice maker is turned off. If the ice maker is on but you're still not getting any ice, I recommend using the information in this link (https://bit.ly/2OFma8T) to determine why. ^Jecca
