• Hi there! Bypassing the internal water filter of this refrigerator is really easy. Simply remove the filter! There is an automatic flap that will close to prevent leaks when the filter is not inserted. ^Jecca

• In that case they should call a technician who can tell them if they can remove the filter from the fridge and put it to work with the system they already have.
