“I have a Samsung RF261BEASER, purchased 1 year ago but not used until now. The ice maker will not stop making ice, no matter what the light indicator shows. I've tried both with the light off or on, multiple times. Any ideas?”

I'd like to help with this! When the icon that looks like a cup with the words "ice off" inside is lit up, the ice maker should be turned off, and not produce any more ice until it is turned back on.
