A:AnswerHi MJ,
Thanks for your feedback! The bottom freezer drawer on the RF261BEAEWW should pull out about 20", and the upper auto pull-out drawer, if inserted correctly on its track, should pull out to the front of the interior of the main drawer. If it doesn't pull out that far, and if it doesn't pull out automatically, try lifting it up off its track slightly and moving it forward manually, then allow it to push closed with the main drawer from now on. If the main drawer doesn't seem to open the full 20", this may be because the rails are not fully lubricated. Try pulling it firmly from the center of the handle. If this doesn't resolve the issue, please call 888-BEST BUY or 800-SAMSUNG to speak with an agent who will be happy to assist you in determining a solution.

A:AnswerYES!!! Slight variations, but the well trained eye wouldn't be able to spot the difference. I've heard manufacturers use the same grade of ss - so I would think the look doesn't vary and if does - only slightly.
A:AnswerOn our unit you turn off the ice maker by opening the left side door and pressing the button that says "ice off". You will then see a light lit up that says "ice off" with a line through it. It's that simple. Hope this helps.

A:AnswerThanks for your interest in the RF261BEAESR. The term "Auto/Cycle Defrost" is a more accurate description of what happens in a typical "frost free" freezer. When moist air enters the freezer each time the door or drawer is opened, it can form frost as it comes in contact with the freezing surfaces. A "frost free" freezer, including those in all current Samsung models, has heaters in the walls that cycle on to prevent the frost from building up, which usually does not require any manual action. Keep in mind, however, that if the air in your home is very humid, and the freezer is opened frequently allowing this air inside, frost may occasionally form on the unheated surfaces or packages. This is not unique to Samsung.

A:AnswerThe RF261BEAESR is designed to produce approximately 3 pounds of ice per day under ideal conditions, and store 4.2 pounds. Production may vary depending on freezer compartment temperature, room temperature, number of door openings and other factors, so if yours is making less than this, I would suggest checking the following:
- The recommended temperatures for the refrigerator and freezer compartments are 38°F and -2°F, respectively. If the freezer temperature is set higher than this, it could slow ice production. If the refrigerator is too cold, the water lines could freeze.
- Is something pressing against the lever that detects when the ice bin is full? The ice maker will not produce ice if it detects a full bin.
- Have you tried pressing the Test button on the bottom of the ice maker to reset it?
- Have you replaced your water filter recently? A clogged or partially clogged filter can slow water flow and affect ice production. After replacing the filter, be sure to dispense up to 6 gallons of water to bleed air from the lines.
- Is your home's water pressure sufficient? In order for the ice maker to operate properly, water pressure of 20~125 psi is required. Under normal conditions, a 6 oz glass can be filled in about 10 seconds. If the Refrigerator is installed in an area with low water pressure (below 20psi), you may be able to install a booster pump to compensate for the low pressure.
I hope these suggestions help to increase your ice production.
