Hey Georgie. This Samsung wall charger offers 25-watt Super Fast Charging and utilizes Power Delivery (PD) technology for the most efficient charging possible. Any PD-enabled device, including the Galaxy Note10, can charge at speeds of up to 25 watts. Charging rates may vary for other USB-C devices. Your charger cord must be a USB C cord for this to work. Never tried. If micro-usb, then no. Would be cool if there was a micro-usb to usb-c adapter. Hmm. HeavyC
