I appreciate you reaching out regarding your Samsung - 22.6 Cu. Ft. French Door Counter-Depth Fingerprint Resistant Refrigerator with CoolSelect Pantry includes autofill pitcher and ice maker. Regarding your concern, this refrigerator includes a water dispenser and ice maker.

Please check your user manual on how to operate the water dispenser and ice maker on page 56. I have also included the link of your user manual.
