A:AnswerHi Rita! Condensation (or sweating) happens when hot and cold air mix. Because of this, it is very common to see condensation on the inside of the refrigerator. However, since you are noticing this on the outside, we would like to speak with you directly to get some more details. Please reference ticket number 1143503387, and contact us through Facebook Messenger: http://m.me/samsungsupport; or Twitter: https://twitter.com/messages/compose?recipient_id=18768513. ^Jecca

A:AnswerHey WeberGuy! The refrigerator does have an internal reservoir that holds about a quart of water, or approximately 2 - 4 glasses. If the water from the dispenser is not cold, the cold water in the refrigerator's reservoir has been used up, or the water has not had time to cool. It is also important to note that during the summer months, water enters the fridge at a higher temperature. This increases the time it takes to cool down. ^Jecca
A:AnswerYes it is, KayDee! The left hand side (where you can see the ice/water dispenser in the door) is a freezer section, and the right side is a refrigerator section. ^Jecca

A:AnswerInstructions say turn water off first, Samsung rep said in another post it's necessary t reduce pressure.... In which case may prove difficult for many people to do because water supply valve is typically on back wall so fridge will need to be pulled out to access valve... Previous 2008 Samsung fridge didn't require this step so filter technology has regressed up to 2020??
