Our refrigerators are similar in the way that they do have water reservoir but I am happy to tell you that ours hold about 2 liters or 67 ounces of water. When the water is used up, you only need about 15 minutes for the reservoir to chill the water again. ^Ty
A:AnswerOn each shelf of the freezer you will see a little rectangle opening. That is where the cold air comes out from. Make sure that on every shelf it is cleared - not covered. When you do that the fridge will not freeze your items.

If the water from the dispenser is not cold, the cold water in the refrigerator's reservoir has been used up, or the water has not had time to cool. It is also important to note that during the summer months, water enters the fridge at a higher temperature. This increases the time it takes to cool down. ^Jecca
