  • QuestionDo you really have to shut off the water to the frig when you change the water filter? I can't imagine pulling the frig out and shutting water off just to change filter.

    • Answer Hi there, I can answer that for you. Samsung does recommend shutting the water supply off and relieving the pressure from your Water Filter Housing. This will allow you to remove and replace the filter with ease and no damage can occur. Also you can tackle the maintenance of the back of the fridge to ensure no dust build up. Side-by-Side Refrigerator - Black stainless steel. Below are the height dimensions of the refrigerator. a. Height without door: 68 21/32 inches b. Height with door: 70 3/32" There is a very small change to the height when the leveling legs are moved during installation.   • QuestionTrying to figure out what cubic foot I need to fit in the opening. The opening is 36 in across and 28 in deep. what cubic foot would I need?

    • Answer Just keep in mind that even though it fits in a 36 inch opening, if against a wall on one side, you won’t be able to fully access the shelves because the door is so think it will block a bit of the opening.
