“The showcase door won't open. When I push the button on the handle, both doors open. I have to force the doors apart. This was one of the main reasons I bought this model. Does the door need to be replaced? I am NOT happy about this at all.”

I have this model and it does it to me as well. Once I pull it apart it work fine for the next 5 or so tries and does it again. I’m guessing this is just a standard downside so if this is why you bought it and there is still time to return I would do so to save yourself frustration.
