Since this was posted a week ago, I'm guessing you already know the answer. Air in the water line causes the dripping, and it can take some use to get all the air out and stop it. In my case, I was quite worried about a fairly constant drip, but after getting a glass of water every time I passed the refrigerator for about 6 hours, it stopped completely. Have had the refrigerator about 48 hours now, and the drip has not reappeared, using the water and ice dispenser normally.
