A:Answerok I know this is an old question but I was having the same problem and just figured it out. with the PC turned on I changed the power LED option to "working", like someone else suggested and unfortunately it did not work. BUT after doing that I pressed and hold the power button for a few seconds (5 seconds I guess) and BAM no more lights! nor blinking or stand buy. all dark!
