• This is a MONITOR folks. A monitor. Any sound it makes comes from a P.C. or equivalent, and goes to the speakers that are connected to the back of the P.C. I am not a gamer, but logic says that if the PS4 has an HDMI output, and is connected to the HDMI input on the monitor, and the headphones are connected to the source (in this case the PS4), then as long as the PS4 emits a sound signal, you should get sound. There is NO headphone Jack's on the back of said monitor. Hope that helps
