• should come out far with no problem. see if something is blocking it; check below it in the frig; sometimes things fall into the side spaces or beneath. use a yardstick or ruler to carefully see if something is stuck underneath or on the sides.

• Hello there, The freezer drawer is set to come out at a fixed distance. However, it is possible to completely remove the freezer drawer for cleaning purposes. Have a great day. -John
