Hi there, Glad you asked about the packaging of the fridge. Other than the standard plastic and styrofoam on the outside, there is some tape to keep the doors secured and styrofoam for support on the inside. Please keep all packaging materials well out of the reach of children, as packaging materials can be dangerous to children. Have a great day. ^Charles
