“Is it normal for this fridge to trip a GFCI outlet or circuit when the compressor starts? It trips two different GFCI outlets in my kitchen when the compressor starts. Samsung support said call Best Buy.”

I bought the same refrigerator and hooked up to my regular outlet in the kitchen. Never experienced a tripped circuit breaker. It has been working fine. You must have other underlaying problems somewhere.
