Can the doors and drawers be removed in order the make it smaller to pass over a small door frame during installation? null

I don’t know for they didn’t have to at my house but I’m assuming they can. You usually can on all refrigerators. I’d go by a Best Buy store and ask or call Samsung directly.

Yes. When the guys come in for installation of the new fridge. Its without the doors or trays. 
They first bring the fridge to the location where its supposed to be set, connect the water lines and only at the very end will they install the drawers and doors.
