“Mine did not come with the 4 snap rings, as indicated in the manual. How do I get those so I can adjust one of the doors?”

• Mine were in the sealed package with the owner's manual; the installers pulled them out and used one (of the 4 supplied) to adjust one door to level it. Should you still need snap rings, you can probably get the correct size at a hardware store, or contact either the store who sold you the refrigerator, or Samsung (as part of the warranty).
