“Are the delivery people able to lift the refrigerator over a counter to get it through a kitchen entryway? Our current refrigerator had to be lifted to be put into place. It is smaller than this new model we are purchasing.”

I’d really TRIPLE check with the delivery department BEFORE your scheduled delivery .. I had an experience where the delivery people were asking me for a STEP STOOL once they got to my house .. both men were really short & if I fortunately did not have a step stool … there’s NO WAY they would have been able to complete the install .. The doors on the fridge needed to be removed outside to get the fridge inside .. they used the back of the truck to step on outside BUT had no idea once they got it inside how they were going out doors back on … NOT A GREAT EXPERIENCE !!!!!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The french door bottom freezer weighs around 300 lbs. I do not think lifting it over a counter is safely possible for either the delivery people or the refrigerator. As a side note, our delivery people were excellent.
